The Mattara Hotel is a unique Leisure destination in the Newcastle area.

It has left behind the "tired old Pub" image of the 80's and 90's and now sits in the forefront of design and style in New South Wales having been recently refurbished to an award-winning standard.

The Hotel has a number of bars catering for our Local Customers, Business People and Families. We also have a range of function rooms available able to cater for family celebrations or formal business meetings.

The restaurant is a Casual Dining operation and also offers a Children's menu. We strive to offer consistently excellent food with service to match.
